At ITTR our goal is to provide a consistent, organised and professional service to our business clients. As part of our service we conduct onsite visits with an aim to minimise system downtime. If workshop repairs are required we will pick up and deliver at no additional charge.
ITTR provide many forms of support including:
- Onsite troubleshooting, instructional support, servicing and repairs
- Workshop servicing and repairs
- Remote Access for Server Maintenance, backup verification, minor problems and instructional support from our workshop.
- Workstation Installation and servicing. We recommend an annual service on each workstation. Maintenance schedules can be implemented to suit your business.
- Virus, Spyware and Malware Protection and removal – ITTR use and recommend Kaspersky Internet Security and MalwareBytes Pro to protect against Virus, Spyware and Malware.
- Laser Printer maintenance and servicing
Service Level Agreements
At ITTR it is our aim to provide an excellent and responsive service without the need for a contract. It is in our professional opinion that SLA’s do not provide clients with the most cost-effective service available. Value for money is important in the commercial world and we therefore believe that the most valuable service is based around an agreement in which our clients pay for the actual service they receive. However, if our clients would prefer a more formal contract for support we are more than happy to oblige their requests.

At ITTR we do understand the importance of fast response times and therefore whether you choose a contract or on an hourly rate arrangement as a business client you are our priority.
