What is ITTR Quick Support?
ITTR Quick Support is a program that ITTR uses to provide instant remote access to clients. With the help of ITTR Quick Support, ITTR has the ability to repair a large percentage of faults on client’s computers directly from the ITTR office.
It has many advantages including:
Instant support – You do not have to disconnect your computer and haul it down to the office, you don’t have to wait for a technician to arrive on your doorstep. If you have a working internet connection ITTR can be working on your PC within minutes. This saves you both money and time.

Safety
Whilst ITTR Quick Support allows ITTR Technicians access to your PC, you retain ultimate control. You can disconnect the remote support at any time and the disconnection is immediate. Once the connection is cancelled there is no way that we or anyone else can gain access to your PC without your consent. Please be aware that it is standard practice of ITTR technicians NOT to view personal files or personal information and we do NOT to disclose anything accidently viewed or otherwise to any person associated with ITTR or not.
The opening and viewing of client data files except when necessary to repair the client’s computer is strictly forbidden and doing so is only allowable after having sought and obtained permission from the client. If permission is granted, we then only open the specific data file necessary to complete repairs. This is common practice for ITTR technicians in all aspects of computer repairs.
It is extremely rare to seek permission to open or view any client data files.
In order for us to assist you better, the Technician will be able to chat with you and also remotely access your PC. By doing this, they can then access your router and PC and configure them to work properly.
No personal information is captured by the system, however please note that the agent will have the ability to see any files or programs open on your desktop. Please ensure that you close any files containing private or confidential information.
ITTR guarantees that its technicians will not access personal files unless instructed by you.
